MEETING INFORMATION

PARTICIPATE

The 2024 workshop will take place on March 11-13th. Please contact us to be placed on the mailing list for further information.

In order to participate in our meeting, please use the forms provided for Registration and Accommodation. You are very welcome to submit an abstract for consideration as a poster or oral presentation. Following the meeting, there will be an opportunity for publication in New Biotechnology, Impact Factor 6.49, as for the previous meetings.

REGISTRATION

In order to keep the familiar character of our meeting, participant numbers are limited. This ensures excellent networking opportunities, both during the sessions and the dinners, which are included for all participants. So book early to avoid disappointment!

The registration fee includes access to all sessions of the meeting, meeting booklet, lunches, coffee breaks, pre-meeting reception buffet and the final party.

Accompanying persons are welcome to join. Tickets for the dinners and the party can be purchased via the booking form.

ACCOMMODATION

Alpbach is a small village, offering a range of accommodation from 4* Hotels to small bed and breakfast guesthouses to suit all budgets.  For the meeting, we have secured accommodation which can be booked through the Congress Centre (link to come). All our accommodation is within a few minutes’ walking distance of the Congress Centre.
